Since 2003, more than fifty Impossible Exhibitions have been staged in major cities such as Beijing, Chicago, Mexico City, Brussels, Lyon, Milan, Rome, Naples, Catania and Padua, as well as in Malta and in small and medium-sized towns such as Östersund in Sweden, Ancona, Avellino, Macerata, Vigevano, Urbino, Vinci, Todi, Porto Ercole, Fossano and many others.

To date, the Impossible Exhibitions have attracted more than two million visitors, especially young people and those who do not regularly visit—or have never visited—a museum or an art venue. At the same time, art lovers have enthusiastically welcomed the opportunity to see, gathered in a single venue and displayed side by side, the complete body of paintings, altarpieces and frescoes by great masters such as Raphael and Leonardo, as well as some of the most celebrated masterpieces of the Renaissance.
